I really can’t emphasize enough how much it has changed my life. It is an old injury that came back about 4-5 years ago. I had stopped playing catch with Sam, as he was throwing hard enough that my shoulder wouldn’t support the catch. I couldn’t sleep on that side at night. I couldn’t reach straight up over my head. I had just decided that was how it was going to be. I asked my doctor about it last year and he said to try physical therapy, as he thought shoulder surgery should be a last resort. I kept putting off the physical therapy (kind of costly!), and then you and your Yoga came along and fixed it. I can now play unlimited catch with the kids, I can grab things out of the cupboard up over my head with ease, and I can sleep any which way I like. I don’t even really know what part of Yoga fixed it! Now my kids call it my Yoga shoulder!

Amy Kreider uses yoga to remind you about life journey's and physical well being with breathing, strength, sincere heart and strong passion with physical energy. She makes you take time to meditate as you flow and sweat. She reminds you every time you practice on the mat it's a opportunity to accept your body as you practice, push yourself or surrender. Being new to yoga Amy is guiding my body, breath and mind. Can't ask for anything better than that.

Love Amy's class!I really enjoy Amy's class! She has such positive energy and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I like that she helps guide the class in setting an intention for the practice. She seems very knowledgeable and experienced as a teacher, but humble enough to continue developing her own practice.

Amy is Awesome! Amy opened the door to yoga for me and many of my coworkers. If you are new to yoga, like I was, she is extremely patient with getting you started. Amy never passed judgement of our skill set and let all of us know we were welcome regardless of ability. Amy is great at giving options for pretty much every pose so that you can challenge yourself or keep yourself safe if you've had a previous injury as I have. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy's class and have to many!

Amy offers a class that provides a challenging workout (if that's what you're after) with an uplifting message that touches your inner spirit. I always come away from her class feeling renewed in body and mind. I also always appreciate the way she offers different levels with each move in a way that allows you to work at your own ability without harsh judgement.

Awesome! Amy is a fabulous instructor. I look forward to her classes. She challenges you by listening to your body and helping you reach personal goals. Can't say enough wonderful things about her!
